TO: TRUMP AND CLINTON CAMPAIGN HEADQUARTERS
to Deliver the Peace Pledge

As part of the Peace Pledge campaign, United for Peace and Justice is hosting an antiwar action in NYC on Nov. 2 to hold presidential candidates accountable for their dangerous, costly, and deadly positions on war and militarism. On Wednesday, we will take the our message to the candidate and their campaigns. Immediately after Election Day, we will make our demands to the President Elect and the New Congress.

TODAY’S AGENDA:

At 2PM
We will be meeting at the US Army Recruiting Station in Times Square, 200 W 43rd St, New York, NY 10036.
We will have an antiwar/peace/justice speak-out and hear from activists and members of our community

At 3PM
Our gathering will take copies of the #PeacePledge (http://peacepledge.unitedforpeace.org) and a march to Trump Tower to demonstrate and to HAND DELIVER it to the staff at the Donald J. Trump Campaign Headquarters, 725 5th Ave, New York, NY 10022

By 4PM
We will leave by MTA Subway to the Hillary Clinton Campaign Headquarters, 300 Cadman Plaza W, Brooklyn, NY 11201, to HAND DELIVER the Peace Pledge to the staff.

We will end our action with another short speak out with participants and talk about plans to hold the next President and New Congress accountable on issues of war and militarism no matter who gets elected.

Stop the threats of use of military force! Keep their fingers off the button! Reverse the carbon footprint of war! End armed intervention abroad! Stop selling weapons! Welcome refugees! Demilitarize police and end mass incarceration at home! Move the money back to our communities.

Solidarity with Standing Rock! Solidarity with Black Lives Matter! Solidarity with Refugees!

We will begin at US Army Recruiting Station in Times Square, New York City and then break off to take our message of peace-as-policy to Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton Campaign Headquarters.

No matter who will be elected on Nov. 8, the movement for Peace and Justice must act to say:
“NO TO WORLD WAR 3!”
